Gated against ungated the comparison this data exists for; a minute that straddles a change of mode is kept apart as MIXED, since it belongs to neither

Mode	Minutes	On screen	Held	Load	Over target	Imbalance	Saturated	Starved screens	Products/min	Orders/min

Throughput over time the line is green while gating and orange while not, so a change of mode reads off the line itself

Backlog over time where the queue is — on the screens, or held behind the gate

Screen load over time against the hard limit

Which screen slowed the kitchen cumulative, so it answers over a service rather than at an instant; rate in against rate out separates over-routed from slow

Screen	Bottleneck	Saturated	Idle with backlog	Mean occupancy	Peak	Products in	Products out

Time on screen from the individual order records, since a percentile cannot be derived from other percentiles

Entered by	Orders	p50	p95	Mean	Excluded

Annotations what changed, so a step in a chart is explicable
